Sheila Bett is a writer and voice artist who shares thoughts and ideas through essays, poetry, and audio storytelling. Her work explores arts, culture, travel, womanhood, and the inner life, with a particular interest in identity, agency, and the quiet processes of becoming.

She brings a background in communications and long-form audio, having worked with local and international organisations as well as independent creative projects. Her practice moves between the written and spoken word, shaped by reflection, curiosity, and a preference for work that lingers rather than rush to a conclusion.
